[Wiki Loves Monuments] WLM map is ready

Dear Emilo

This is a great job.

Being a new entrant to the contest, I will like o know the significance of
the map to the contest and also clarify what i term as mixed up on it.. My
understanding is that the map shows area with national monuments for the
contest where images will be loaded.

According to The map, two category of monuments were indicated namely:
Monuments with Images and Monuments without images.

However, i noticed that the two spots  marked out on Nigeria map were
linked to another country.

One of the link is in Benin City and the other is in Gombe.

Kindly clarify.
