[Wiki Loves Monuments] Upload pages

Hey Romaine,

I'm not sure we're talking all about the same thing. Yaroslav says he
/will/ update the page as good as he can. Which I'm thankful for. If more
data is added later, that would be great.

Also, we were talking about the number of portal pages. On one hand there's
the organisational pages, which are to update information etc. I understand
that you prefer not to have a one-page-to-rule-them-all approach. However,
I do think that it's better to have at least a single place where we send
participants. (this was the point I was trying to make)
