[Wiki Loves Monuments] Jury tool: do you have a plan?

Hi Ruben,

that is good news, thank you for sharing.

For future reference: it would be really appreciated if people can share
this kind of work earlier on. Several people are working on stuff
simultaneously now, which is a waste of effort - communicating makes life
so much easier and more fun!
