[Wiki Loves Monuments] Information on selection methods

Hi Lodewjik,
thanks for the response.
We'd very much like to understand which tools are used now, and
look at the code, if possible.
I loosely remember that the jury tool, in the past years, did not allow
more people to look at the same picture: if I voted "no" to one pic, that
was out.

We instead need to have the picture analyzed at least by 2-3 people, so we
minimize bias :-)

I remember Ilya saying they had their own tool, is that right?

Well, thanks to anyone that can send us some links and explanation.
