[Wiki Loves Monuments] 'evaluation'

There isn't straight list of countries that I can see, but you can work 
out which are included by going through the table in the Appendix/more 
data/inputs section.

One entry ("WLM_64") is anonymous:  the text just says "WLM 2014" with 
no country.
