[Wiki Loves Monuments] 1 000 000

We finally decided in France to blog about the millionth picture and to
illustrate the blogpost with a  "1000000th picture so far"
and use this post to explain that all pictures have to be checked and that
there are still pictures that are going to be excluded from the competition
because of FOP for example.
