[Wiki Loves Monuments] Wiki Loves Monuments 2014 has notstarted yet...

My few cts,
As a user, I don't care about Filename, honnestly it doesn't bring any
value to me, it just brings me headache. I don't care how the filesystem of
the media are stored, what matters to me is the metadata of my file.

I try to give relevant filename, because the community ask for it, due to
having a software that ridiculously do not fit our needs, but that's the
only reason why. And I guess some new users are really lost when trying to
do their first upload.
