[Wiki Loves Monuments] WLM in Pakistan

We're organising WLM in Pakistan this year. We're in discussion with some potential organisations who're interested to arrange an awarding ceremony for national contest. but they need a well written proposal. Anyone have a specimen of a proposal that we can send to our potential sponsors?
