[Wiki Loves Monuments] [Jury Tool] Registration

About features - is it possible to distribute photos between jury members?
So every every photo is seen by J jury members (J=2), and each jury members
sees J*Number of fotos/Jury size pictures. Pictures are distributed
randomly among jury members, and each auhtor's pictures distributed evenly
among jury members.

Also can jury tool support special nominations? They will contain
nomimation specific subsets of photos and will have specific juries.
