[Wiki Loves Monuments] Time-lapse video

Dear all, a quick question.
I wonder if it is possible to upload a time-lapse video for the contest,
made with different static pictures at different hours, from the same
position or even different positions.

It is not properly a video nor a static picture, so I ask you if it is
absolutely off track or can be suitable for WLM.
