[Wiki Loves Monuments] Android app occasionally uploads as WLM 2012

Hi
here in Italy we have a list for each year of competition, due to
limitation imposed by local law.

This year you can find the correct list here:
https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progetto:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2013/Monumenti

But I am not sure that the Android app is using the 2013 list and not the
2012.
(Perhaps we have the same problem also we other tools)
