[Wiki Loves Monuments] Error in Statistics page

Hi,

I'm Superzerocool.

About the tool, yesterday I uploaded a new version. This version fixes the
encoding issue using a framework but Toolserver is sending random error 500
due a recent update of PHP package in the cluster, and WikimediaLabs
haven't sqlite module for PHP, so I opened a ticket in bugzilla: no answer
yet.

So, today I will move the tool to wikilovesmonuments.cl to give it some
stability.
