[Wiki Loves Monuments] Metro Photo Challenge

I guess that until our 2012 record was recognized, they just assumed that
their 250k photos was above the record, so they were fine.

However, their competition might not fit the GWR definition of competition
- so that might be a reason they never tried to get recognized.
