[Wiki Loves Monuments] Autofill during upload

Hi!

I was wondering if there are any plans to implement autotagging of
location/coordinates when uploading using the upload wizard.

For example: When you punch in the monument ID it could fill in coordinates
and possibly some extra information using information gathered by the bot.
