[Wiki Loves Monuments] chinese version of Hong Kong historic building/declared monument list also in templated format now

hi Rover,

thanks for the poke. It would probably be helpful if you could fill out the
'helpful information to add' in the bugzilla tickets, that saves searching.

At the same time I have to be realistic: the people who have done a great
job adding countries, are now a bit exhausted, so it might take a bit
longer until they are actually in the database. Hopefully Alex or
Platonides can find some time for it though!

Also, if the landing page for Hong Kong is ready, that might motivate :)
