[Wiki Loves Monuments] UploadWizard bug?

Hi!
It didn't happen to me, but I thought I'd share it. When uploading a photo
of Estonian monument, UploadWizard showed like it was putting it into the
category of WLM in China (look the picture attached). Afterwards the
category was in fact correct, but during the upload this kind of thing
could confuse people. I don't know if this happened accidentally only once
or is it some system error.
