[Wiki Loves Monuments] CentralNotice not working

Michael, could you also try one or two other browsers? Could you try
surfing in anonymous mode (control+shift+P in FF), and see if the problem
persists?

Lodewijk (who won't be able to solve it himself, but hopes to narrow down
the problem at least)
