So the correct 100000th should be :
grep -oE ";;;2012-0[89]-[0-9]{2}T[0-9:]{8}Z" files-2012-09-13-100000th.txt
| cut -d';' -f4- | sort | sed -n '100003p'
=> 2012-09-13T08:54:14Z

grep -i "2012-09-13T08:54:14Z" files-2012-09-13-100000th.txt
=> ÐšÐ¾Ñ Ñ‚Ñ‘Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ

I'm sorry I couldn't find the encoding used and kwno which file it is :(

Maybe a better one than the previous one ?
