[Wiki Loves Monuments] Please put the mobile app banner on your country sites

Cristian what specific problems are you having with Italian monuments?
The monuments displayed are just as they are in the database so it
should be a case of working out what is wrong with that data and
simply fixing that data. Looking it now I can see that the monument
regions do not appear to be translating :-( I'd hate for us to miss
out on Italian mobile uploads.... can anyone explain what's happening
here and get this fixed asap?
