[Wiki Loves Monuments] Please add "Download the app" in campaign header

Just a reminder that the campaign headers are an ideal place to show a link
to the Android app.

Here is an example:

Here is the actual text to add:

the Android app]

Clearly, the words, "Download the Android app" should be translated.
