That's good. Thing is, I've had a bot request for the exact same
thing, and noticed that you miss lots of images. You might want to
check out https://code.google.com/p/wikiro/source/browse/trunk/robots/python/pywikipedia/monumente/add_template_to_images.py
and see what's different.

Second problem is actually a warning: don't use categories as either
source or destination of monument ids (for Romania). They're currently
a mess that needs to be sorted out manually.

It might be frowned upon, but it is still the easiest way to
categorize this many images - if you add the same category manually
and then we realize that the code is wrong, we'll need to change 2
things instead of one, increasing the chance of mistakes. I personally
disagree with these edits.
