[Wiki Loves Monuments] images categories at Commons

I've noticed the following sub categories at
Category:Images from Wiki Loves Monuments 2012

[×] Featured pictures from Wiki Loves Monuments 2012‎ (empty)
[×] Valued images from Wiki Loves Monuments 2012‎ (empty)
[×] GLAM images from Wiki Loves Monuments 2012‎ (empty)
[×] Quality images from Wiki Loves Monuments 2012‎ (87 F)

Ida thunk that it's best to leave the judging of Quality, Valued, and
Featured pictures up to the juries first, and then go through the
Wikimedia process, but I'm sure there's no rule against doing it this
way.

I'm more interested in which images should go in the GLAM category and
who should put them in there.

A general statement of how these categories should be used would also help.
