[Wiki Loves Monuments] WLM maps

When creating the Flickr bot I had the same problem. I'd recommend you to
use the specific per-country tables. The problem is, the fields change from
table to table, but it's orders of magnitude faster (in my case, from 8
seconds per query to 0,1 seconds or something like this).
