[Wiki Loves Monuments] Map crashed

Hi everybody,

Luca's map stopped working[1].

In fact, this is the error Luca is getting:
«Coudn't connect to db! User 'erfgoed' has exceeded the
'max_user_connections' resource (current value: 30)»

Well, now it restarted working... but how could we avoid this problem
in the future?
I want also to point out that the map source code is in the page source.
