[Wiki Loves Monuments] Jury tools

Hello,

I have a request from a member of the French jury asking for a tool
permitting to work during the contest (for example having a daily digest of
the pics posted the previous days, or a list since last time she used the
tool)

How does Nuno's tool work exactly ? Can it be adapted for this use ?
