[Wiki Loves Monuments] Things to do after Wiki Loves Monuments

I would like to add that IMO a major priority should be to improve our
existing technical tools.

I know I will be working on the judging tool to further improve it, and
hope that other developers will do the same with their tools. One of the
things I think should be done is to give each country more control over how
they work with the tools: for example, have an interface for the tool that
creates the map (KML) for an admin on a per-country basis to control which
monuments appear, or an ability to narrow down to a certain sub-national
entity, etc.

I'm sure that if we have a brainstorm, we'll find dozens if not hundreds of
feature requests for the tools used so far.
