*slap* I had hided the notification in the first page, but missed to
also hide it from the confirmation page. Done now.

Note that this warning is just about cluster s1, which is not used by
the survey, so it doesn't affect the submissions at all.

A dump of s1 is being transmitted from WMF to the toolserver but slowly
so (there seems to be a rate limiting somewhere in the path). So it's
"in progress".
The left-down indicator is intended to inform about general availability
of the sql servers at the toolserver. With the big warning gone, I don't
think it will be an issue that it shows that s1 is in "Warning" status
(in which it really is).
