[Wiki Loves Monuments] Translation of the thank-you and survey invitation message

I can see that not every participant from Belarus received the
thank-you message and invitation for the survey. By now it seems that
the invitation was sent only to users with usernames written in Latin
script. What's wrong with cyrillic usernames?
