[Wiki Loves Monuments] Uploader stats

Hi Els,

I think once we're a bit further in the month we can get some better (and
more detailed) numbers, once Israel is finished, and we took care of some
border scenarios which are still being considered (late submissions, some
cases where it is unclear whether photos are valid monuments etc).
