[Wiki Loves Monuments] Long term

When we finish Wiki Loves Monuments, we can do Wiki Loves Earth, imitating
this project http://www.geograph.org.uk but worldwide.

One image per km2 in the world (discarding oceans). Coverage is biased for
now
