The first step you are already performing: creating the structured
(template based) lists. Based on this, the data can be imported to the
toolserver database.

You find the instructions how to add your lists as a data source here:

A database-savvy person with toolserver account can add the source quite
easily (at least it's not too complicated).

A less-technical description of the process can be found in our
infographic. Unfortunately I don't have it in a Ukrainian translation yet.
