Easier? Possible. It doesn't work with wikitables. I see numbers in the 
list. Who assigned those numbers? Are these numbers unique?

You should place the lists in the main namespace and make them integral 
part of the encyclopedia, see for example 
. This way you can start documenting your local heritage and Wiki Loves 
Monuments acts as a catalyst.
