[Wiki Loves Monuments] Update: Designing Wiki Loves Monuments calendars

Here the files. Basically it remains only the calendar part :-D

The files are 0.5cm bigger than the A3 format, like this the printer cut at
0.5cm and avoid any white mark at the edge.

The size of the calendar part has been adapt to the larger pictures we had.

When you transform the svg in pdf, black background usually became white, at
least with inkscape, not a problem, easy to change in Adobe acrobat after.

I have few free time in this end of year, all the lessons I give are
concentrated between now and Christmas, so I could miss a message on the
mailing list, but feel free to contact me by direct mail.
