That's the plan. We have a number of different countries and some 
countries even have multiple languages (Switzerland for example) so the 
upload form needs to be flexible.

The custom WLM Commons upload wizard has the highest priority for me. 
I'm talking to the WMF about it.

Planning is to have the first prototype by 1st of July and have it up 
and running by the 1st of August so we have time for customization and 
translation.

Platonides is taking the lead to create an awesome API, you can view the 
progress at http://toolserver.org/~erfgoed/api/api.php . Would be nice 
if more people could help out to improve the api!
