[Wiki Loves Monuments] Upload Wizard with prefilled ID-field

Hi there!

Is there any possibility for next year to make the wizard-ID-Field
prefillable over URL-parameter? We had prefilled upload-buttons in our
lists and it would be much better to link to the wizard. But perhaps there
is already a possibility I don't know yet ;)
