I reviewed the source,
there was also server code there, in javascript.

On this subject, I have used http://basecamphq.com/, it is not open
source but pretty good.

there is also http://ushahidi.com/ which can be misused as tracker.

One more thing, about OTRS, why cannot it be used for task tracking? I
use it at work for that purpose.
