[Wiki Loves Monuments] Web application for the Swiss contest

I'd rather share a framework than don't. I find it a waste of time each 
chapter reinvent the wheel.

This is the best "bundle" of working things I've seen so far (we have 
our own, far uglier :).

Manoillon, can you share the database schema and files?
