The text of the newsletter is now final. One new item has been added
since yesterday. There won't be any more changes; you can translate
safely.

If the new dates confuse you: Most of you will simply have to replace
the first date with
{{#time:$defualtformat|$date1|$format_language_code}}, the second one
with {{#time:$defualtformat|$date2|$format_language_code}} and the
third one with {{#time:$defualtformat|$date3|$format_language_code}}
and then you won't have to change the dates manually in the future,
but can use the matching translation in the translation memory. If
you're not happy with the default format, you can find out how to
change it here:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:ParserFunctions#.23time

For example, for Chinese (zh), I used this:
{{#time:n月j日|$date1|$format_language_code}}

If you have any questions, or feel confused, please do ask on the list
and you will get help. The point is to make this easier for you, not
more difficult.
