[Translators-l] CE Insights survey invitation message ready for early translation

Hi Everyone,

The survey will start going out today. Thanks to all of you who were able
to help!

The survey message has not yet been translated into Russian or Chinese. If
you know anyone who can help with this, please reach out to them, or let me
know and I am happy to reach out. Without these translations, I will need
to post in English :(
