[Translators-l] Editing Wikipedia will stop for 30 minutes on two days: please translate the announcement

Hello and greetings,
I have finished the Haitian translation of the service changes. I'm sorry
it took so long and you had to wait. Much of the haitian wikipedya has
small messages and instructions and messages that are still in French. Can
I start sending translations to you, say, beginning at the end of May?
