[Translators-l] Bug fixes in Translate's sync, statistics, management

Thanks to Glaisher (and Kunalgrover05),* this month multiple 
long-standing bugs in Translate were fixed, with considerable 
improvement of the translation workflow. Hopefully we'll have less 
headaches for everyone!
