[Translators-l] Ready for early translation: Tech News #5 (2016)

Hello!

One question about this item:

"The page history will get a help link. This will go to Help:Page history
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Help:Page_history> on
Meta. Wikis can exchange it for a link to their local pages."

Neither Phabricator nor the help page itself indicate how the link can be
redirected to a local page. Should the newsletter include a link to the
relevant instructions?

Saludos,
Luis Sanabria
