[Translators-l] Flow satisfaction survey (priority on ar, bs, ca, eo, de, he, pt, ur, zh)

For now the Wikimedia wikis are running in read-only mode, you cannot edit.
(this was announced, for testing the transfer from a network center to
another, and should not be long before wikis are editable again)
