[Translators-l] Quick Translation Request: Harassment Survey Central Notice banner

Hello everyone,

A small change has been performed
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Meta:Requests_for_help_from_a_sysop_or_bureaucrat#Special:CentralNoticeBanners.2Fedit.2FHarassmentSurvey2015_A>
to
the banner's text over the last few days, rendering the majority of
translations completed till Friday partly unusable, so they have been
reverted to 'proofreading' status. If any of you would like to have another
look, please feel free.
