Not the same thing, we're not using Solr any more.

Maybe, but there are no known issues with translation memory on 
Wikimedia projects. If you encounter issues, please file them in 
Phabricator.
In the meanwhile, we have noticed a suboptimal usage of Translate in 
some cases: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template_talk:Deadline
