A few items have been added since yesterday. The text of the
newsletter is now final; you can translate safely :)

A temporary version was unfortunately marked for translation
prematurely, so you may need to re-translate a couple of sentences.
I've added a bigger warning for translation administrators in the
draft template to decrease the risk of this happening again in the
future.
