I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e.
Monday morning PST. The existing translations will be posted on the

There won't be any more edits; the text of the newsletter is final,
and you can translate safely. I was sick yesterday and unable to
prepare an early version.
