Hi Takashi and Nemo,

Sorry for the delay on this matter, I had to double check with our donor
services team. Based on the information I got, I have added the following
documentation for regarding this message. I hope this clarifies.

*This message is intended to address a Global Collect error we see in which
the iframe either does not load or gives donors an error message. This is
usually due to not having Javascript installed, using an unsupported
browser (usually some version of Internet Explorer), or having strict
whitelisting settings on their browser.*
