[Translators-l] Drop down banner - Italian translations needed

It seems that its related to the migration of our main services to the new data
center <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_center> in Virginia, USA.

The wiki will be down for at least an hour if things go smoothly, possibly
longer if things go wrong :)
