[Translators-l] [Wikimedia-l] Voting open for Round 2 of 2012 Picture of the Year

Thank you for letting us know. The cy banners are now live, while the zh
and zh variants were added by editors and should also be live. It seems
that some recent translations were not added, although they should have
been copied from the R1 banners. In the future, CentralNotice will employ
the translate extension on Meta and fallbacks will be in place.
